"Is your passion in retail?” We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Park Meadows store. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve the customer and drive sales revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead through the UNTUCKit CORE values.
2. Champion personal development through partnership with your direct supervisor.
3. Create and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement.
4. Confidently train, coach, and develop team members using UNTUCKit University training tools and resources.
5. Adapt to an UNTUCKit selling culture.
6. Manage and motivate staff to achieve maximum performance.
7. Effectively delegate tasks to team members.
8. Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
9. Control inventory levels and provide feedback to corporate partners on trends.
10. Empower the Assistant Manager to manage visual operations and provide guidance.
11. Maintain strong knowledge of multi-channel POS Systems.
12. Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.
13. Manage all aspects of operational compliance within the store.
14. Accurately track store budgets and manage ordering procedures.
15. Analyze sales and expense reports.
16. Network within your market and keep corporate partners informed of local trends.
17. Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities from your market manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a retail manager.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent knowledge of retail point of sale systems.
• Proficiency in Apple technology, G-Suite, and Multi-channel POS systems.
• BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in the store.
• Flexible schedule, available to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Expected hours: 40 hours/week, 5 days a week.
