Position: Store Manager, JACK & JONES

Reports to: District Manager

Location: Tanger Outlets Cookstown, Ontario

As a STORE MANAGER, your responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, supporting, training, and coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques, and operating procedures
• Partnering with your District Manager on performance documentation, improvement plans, and corrective actions
• Leading by example in customer service, visual merchandising, adaptability, and decision-making
• Developing in-store talent and promoting internally
• Selling and coaching on the sales floor, ensuring profitability and team development
• Managing store opening and closing procedures
• Maximizing sales and profitability through effective product and display merchandising

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of store management experience, preferably in fashion retail
• Operational expertise in retail KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management
• Proven leadership in talent recruitment and development
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus
