Store Manager (Store #8619 - Edmonton, AB) Job Summary

This position involves managing all aspects of the store's operations, including leasing storage and parking, supervising staff, assisting with maintenance, overseeing onsite projects, communicating with the home office, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. Successful Store Managers contribute to the property's success by maintaining an organized office, engaging with customers, following up on leads, nurturing existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating effectively with the management team.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Leasing storage and parking spaces
  • Managing a team
  • Assisting with maintenance tasks
  • Supervising onsite projects
  • Communicating with the home office team
  • Maintaining good relationships with tenants through outstanding customer service
  • Ensuring the facility is rented at optimal levels
  • Preparing units for auction and vacating units as prescribed by law and management guidelines
  • Performing other duties as assigned
