Responsibilities
- Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
- Enable a best-in-class customer experience
- Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and work well as a team
- Be the face of the store in the community
- Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and maintain top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
- Lead the team to provide the best repair, care, sales, and services
- Develop expert knowledge and oversee store processes, policies, and procedures
- Manage inventory efficiently, including receiving and ordering parts, products, and accessories, including Certified Pre-owned phones

What You Can Expect After You Apply
- Our recruitment process is multi-layered, with accommodations available as needed
Base Salary: $42,000 - $53,000
Bonus Pay: Monthly bonuses based on scorecard
Note: Compensation effective April 2025, subject to change. Total compensation depends on knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
