Role purpose

As a Store Manager, you will engage, listen, and guide customers to relevant products. Through passionate leadership, you will motivate and develop your team to create memorable, inclusive customer experiences that enhance store performance.

Working full-time on-site, including some weekends, you will handle budgeting, marketing, and building the client base, coordinating daily activities of Retail Consultants. The ideal candidate will be diligent, passionate, and committed to excellence.

  • Knowledge of skincare industry (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of hair, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)

  • Availability for a 40-hour week, including weekends and evenings
