Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter in Leduc is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and maintain a welcoming, high-performing team. You will drive performance and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and compliance with provincial regulations while building strong community relationships and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain safe, clean and welcoming store environment.
• Ensure compliance with provincial liquor regulations and company standards.
