The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work with your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees in New York & Baltimore, 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North America region encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 owned and operated by Pandora.
