About the Team

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work with your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

  • Build a network and attract talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
