Canadian Industries Ltd. in Kelowna, BC, is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager to lead operations and inspire a high-performing team.

This Dulux Paints location offers day shifts with store hours aligned to weekends and holidays, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. You will report to the Store Group Manager and be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing, sales growth, merchandising, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail store environment.
• Retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and hours, minimum 45 hours per week.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship.

This position is for the day shift with typical store hours betweenMonday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday.

You will take on the challenge of running your own store, where you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You willbe responsible forall aspects ofstoreoperations.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Opening and closing the Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth whileoptimizingnet contribution.
• Maintaining Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Fosteringa high levelof associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meetBétonel/Dulux standards.

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment.
• Previousretail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of45 hoursrequired per week.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future). This includes LMIA, TFWP, IMP, CUSMA, GTS, or any other employment-based visas.
