Job summary

Paris Jewellers is seeking an energetic Store Manager for Edmonton locations. You will lead retail operations, manage staff, coach Brand Ambassadors, and drive sales performance in a jewellery-focused environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, staffing oversight, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a sales-driven, measured environment.
• Ability to staff stores proactively and build a candidate pipeline.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors to hit targets and plan for succession.
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data for objective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is staffed appropriately according to guidelines.
• Coach and develop Brand Ambassadors to hit targets and drive store performance.
• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for staffing needs.

What we look for:
