Job summary

Paris Jewellers seeks a Store Manager to lead our customer-focused team and drive sales in a fast-growing Canadian retailer. You will oversee staffing, coaching Brand Ambassadors, and maintain high standards of service across a multi-province network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail sales experience.
• Jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and build a staffing pipeline.
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Coach and develop Brand Ambassadors to achieve store goals.
• Plan staffing levels and recruit according to needs.

What we look for:

2 - 3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail sales is desirable.

• Proven ability to deliver results in a sales driven and/or highly measured environment.
• Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Manage and coach all Brand Ambassadors to enable them to hit their target as well as store target. career development and succession planning
• Strong analytical skills to quickly summarize data to make objective decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
