The Salvation Army is seeking a permanent full-time Store Manager in Canada to oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure exemplary customer service. You will manage staff, promotions, inventory, and reports to regional offices, while upholding safety and mission-aligned practices.

You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with partner agencies, and ensure efficient donation processing and merchandising, all within national standards.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to develop an understanding and support for The Salvation Army mission.
• Work in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations and abide by health and safety policies.
• Alternative combination of education and Experience may be considered.
• Experience in Not-for-Profit/retail is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Direct store operations to meet sales targets and control expenses.
• Hire, train, evaluate, recognize, discipline, and terminate staff per standards.
• Manage health and safety, labour & employee relations at store level.
• Plan promotions and displays, monitor marketing trends.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure donations are retrieved, sorted, and priced.
• Prepare financial reports for National/Regional offices.
