This position is for the day shift with typical store hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Bétonel/Dulux, a PPG Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will use your talents to inspire others to achieve results. You will take on the challenge of running your own store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service, and managing all aspects of store operations.

Retail Store Manager Main Responsibilities:

1. Opening and closing the Bétonel/Dulux branch.
2. Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
3. Maintaining Bétonel/Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
4. Fostering high employee engagement through effective leadership.
5. Hiring, mentoring, and managing your team, empowering team members.
6. Ensuring the store's exterior and interior, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.

Retail Store Manager Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a retail store environment.
2. Previous retail management or outside sales experience preferred.
3. Availability to work flexible shifts, with a minimum of 45 hours per week.
4. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
