Primary Role as a Store Manager
  1. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
  2. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management.
  3. Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by following all safety, security, and company policies.
  4. Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years in customer service/retail sales and 1 year in sales management.
  2. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  3. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  4. Self-motivated with a passion for learning, developing, and educating staff and customers.
  5. Passion for hair and beauty products.
