Your Primary Role As a Store Manager

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Help meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by following all safety procedures and company policies.
• Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
