Job summary

Journeys in Oshawa is seeking a dynamic store associate to drive sales, greet customers, and maintain a high-energy, inclusive environment. You will work with a team to meet store goals, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a fun, customer-focused atmosphere every day.

Key duties include recruiting and hiring frontline staff, training and coaching for performance, conducting monthly reviews, managing expenses, and upholding all company policies to protect assets while promoting growth

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees with in-store needs
• Train and develop a successful sales team
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices
• Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implemented and to the standard of the company direction
• Conduct monthly performance reviews
