We are seeking a talented Store Manager for the Brampton, Ontario store.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1. Team Development: Take the helm as you guide and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more.
  2. Financial Mastery: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.
  3. Operational Excellence: Thrive under pressure, confidently prioritizing tasks and ensuring impeccable customer experiences.
  4. Sales Excellence: Drive sales to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships.
  5. Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit, retain, and cultivate top-tier talent while championing customer-first priorities.
  6. Safety Champion: Lead by example, following safety protocols and prioritizing the welfare of your team and customers.

Qualifications and Success:

  1. A valid Driver’s License.
  2. A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
  3. Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
  4. Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
  6. Foster a culture of positivity and growth where everyone feels encouraged to thrive.
  7. Drive engagement by building meaningful connections with our customers and providing personalized experiences.
