The Role

The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staffing, inventory management, and customer service. The Store Manager will recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Successful candidates will be skilled in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience while simultaneously driving sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruit strong sales-focused individuals through active job boards and leveraging your network.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales associates to exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Lead by example as the Chief Culture Officer of your store.
  • Handle weekly scheduling for all sales associates.
  • Support sales associates in their daily activities.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5-10 years of experience in retail sales, creating strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability in cross-selling multiple products and services.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, managing turnover.
  • Strong network of sales representatives experienced in engaging with clients of all ages.
