Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking a store leader to drive turnover, control expenses, and manage stock losses while upholding our standards and customer experience. You will recruit, develop and coach staff, execute merchandising and customer service strategies, and lead sales conversations to meet targets.

The role requires a Matric certificate, a minimum of 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills.
