Responsibilities
  • Develop key relationships with customers, the workforce and the community to improve business results
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule all personnel. This includes outlining expectations, motivating performance, and giving corrective feedback
  • Strategize corporate objectives to grow sales and increase market shares
  • Oversee overall store expenses and merchandising standards
  • Empower teams to deliver superior customer service
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
Qualifications
  • 5 years experience in personnel management
  • Experience managing a retail business
  • Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
  • Attitude focused on results and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingualism
  • Any combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered
