General Function

The Store Manager leads within the organization, delivering key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring a flawless customer experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the team provides unsurpassed Customer Service
• Provide training and coaching to the team
• Analyze reports to improve store KPIs, including NPS, sales to plan, customer count, and others
• Attract and hire highly engaged team members
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer and patient experience
• Guide team to execute operational, inventory, and visual tasks flawlessly
• Maintain all safety programs to ensure a safe working environment

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience
• Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Team building and management skills
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Sales skills
• Familiarity with cash registers and computers
• Ability to manage time under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• State licensure or ABO Certification
• LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
• Experience in customer service and retail
• Knowledge of store merchandise
• Business acumen including LC Dashboard knowledge
