Louis Vuitton Canada is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead the team and business at our Holt Renfrew Bloor Street store.

Our Store Managers are ambassadors of the Brand, responsible for leading and developing the store team through innovative and motivating management and coaching. They inspire their teams to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

Missions

Reporting to the Retail Director for Louis Vuitton Canada, the Store Manager must demonstrate excellent sales leadership skills, focusing on building client portfolios, increasing repurchase rates, and cross-selling. The role involves managing the sales floor efficiently while prioritizing the client experience at all times.

Profil
