The Lisa Gozlan Jewelry Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client experiences and driving sales to meet performance KPI’s.
General tasks include but are not limited to:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning of the store and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and coordinate store inventory controls to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate; monitor inventory levels, coordinate inventory audits, and manage stock deliveries and receiving.
- Responsible for store maintenance and ensuring consistent execution of the store’s visual presentation, including overall cleanliness and organization, product displays, and functionality of store equipment and fixtures.
- Collaborate with the visuals team to help plan and execute merchandising directives, ensuring product displays are attractive, organized and aligned with brand standards, current trends and promotions.
- Track and report on daily sales figures, customer feedback and operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with upper management to develop and implement selling strategies that work to drive sales and meet key performance metrics.
- Manage customer returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Train, manage and develop a highly motivated and skilled team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and high levels of customer satisfaction; provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, product & policy, customer service and operational procedure.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback that works to motivate and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of staff work schedules, availability, attendance, breaks and vacation requests, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods to maximize profitability.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the store and upper management teams regarding inventory, policies, client feedback, sales performance & goals, staffing and any other updates.
- Assist in executing in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
