Job summary

Revelle Shop in Yorkville, Toronto, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the boutique's next chapter. You will cultivate relationships with a discerning client base, styling, and driving sales both in-store and online.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury or contemporary womenswear retail, a love for fashion, and a proactive, owner mindset. Availability Tuesday to Saturday plus a KPI-based bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or contemporary womenswear retail.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage a boutique.
• Familiarity with ecommerce and social media tools.
• Strong organizational and owner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store experience: clienteling, styling and building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele.
• Grow sales across the boutique and revelleshop.com, with a focus on e-commerce growth and repeat clients.
• Manage inventory, receiving and stock counts in Lightspeed, synced with our WooCommerce site.
• Support merchandising, visual displays and new collection launches.
• Help with email/SMS (Klaviyo), Instagram content and in-store events.
• Track KPIs and share what's working and what isn't.

Revelle is a curated Yorkville boutique for designer resort, occasion and wedding-guest wear. We carry LoveShackFancy, PatBO, Charo Ruiz, Agua Bendita, Hemant & Nandita and Rococo Sand for a client who dresses for the moments worth remembering. This season we're launching fall elevated wear,our first ready-to-wear collection. We're looking for a Store Manager to help lead the boutique's next chapter.

The role

• Lead the in-store experience: clienteling, styling and building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele
• Grow sales across the boutique and revelleshop.com, with a focus on e-commerce growth and repeat clients
• Manage inventory, receiving and stock counts in Lightspeed, synced with our WooCommerce site
• Support merchandising, visual displays and new collection launches
• Help with email/SMS (Klaviyo), Instagram content and in-store events
• Track KPIs and share what's working and what isn't

You bring

• 3+ years in luxury or contemporary womenswear retail, ideally at an independent boutique
• A natural eye for styling and a genuine love of fashion
• Comfort with POS and inventory systems; e-commerce or social media experience is a strong plus
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset. You think like an owner.
• Availability Tuesday to Saturday
