Location: Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre, Co. Dublin
Salary: €35,000-€37,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team in our Swords Pavilions store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profitability by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store KPIs

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and motivation

• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained to reflect the brand's identity

• Manage stock control, deliveries, and replenishment to maximise availability and minimise loss

• Monitor and report on store performance, implementing action plans where necessary

• Handle staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance management

• Foster a positive and energetic team environment that promotes excellent customer experiences

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Commercially focused with the ability to analyse sales reports and trends

• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling and merchandising

• Flexible, proactive, and driven to achieve results
