Founded in 1992, Première Moisson manufactures and sells bakery, pastry and charcuterie products made using a traditional approach using healthy ingredients. We are currently looking for a Director to join our Montreal area teams. The person sought will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating operations in accordance with the values, policies and objectives of Première Moisson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet financial goals
• Conduct analyses and write different reports
• Ensure control of variable expenses
• Hold and facilitate meetings with different departments
• Plan operations
• Market planning
• Adhere to marketing plans
• Ensure the HR component such as: Workforce needs, hiring, salary, evaluation, etc.
• Ensure compliance with and update of quality processes and procedures; Maintenance of the store, equipment, storage, etc. of Occupational Health and Safety, Values and First Harvest Mission.

Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Bakery, Pastry or food store management
• Excellent knowledge of retail accounting
