Medicine Hat Home HardwareBuilding Centre is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and support a high‑performing team in our Alberta store. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and a solid understanding of lumber and building materials to deliver outstanding service to contractors, vendors, team members, and customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in lumber and building materials and 2+ years in retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lumber and building materials.
• At least 2 years of management experience in an LBM or similar retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage employees to meet performance and service expectations.
• Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on driving revenue, supporting growth, and building long-term customer and contractor relationships.
• Ability to analyze sales information, identify trends, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing store needs.
