Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure the smooth running of the boutique and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that the team achieves its sales targets.
  • Control costs such as labor, supplies and inventory.
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Foster a constructive and pleasant atmosphere
  • Ensure high quality customer service
  • Inform customers about different products and accessories
  • Respect safety and hygiene standards by following safe food handling principles and internal guidelines for beverage preparation and workplace safety
  • Establish links with local businesses and participate in local events to make the company a community contributor
Qualifications
