Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising.
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Schedule shifts and manage payroll, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and conduct regular audits to minimize loss.
  • Analyze sales reports, set performance goals, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Administrative Duties
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
