Job Responsibilities

Team Management

- Schedule shifts and manage payroll, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and conduct regular audits to minimize loss.
- Analyze sales reports, set performance goals, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in retail or wholesale store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
