Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and store standards are maintained.
• Plan, organize, and oversee in‑store events, promotions, and community activities.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
