Our client is seeking a Store Manager to provide support for their busy kiosk located in NE, Calgary.

The Store Manager will play a key role in supporting and motivating the sales staff, fostering a performance-driven culture to increase store sales. This individual should demonstrate strong communication and mentoring abilities, maintaining a confident and positive approach in both fast-paced and quieter retail environments.

The ideal candidate will be administratively strong, have experience in full-cycle retail management, possessing the ability to schedule, onboard, offboard, manage targets, and KPI’s, as well as building, leading and mentoring a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

• Mentor and trainsales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Set and developsales targets and goals to drive team success.
• Collaborate with the sales teamto implement strategies that increase sales and achieve targets.
• Liaise with senior managementregarding store performance, budgeting, and key business metrics.
• Lead training and onboardingfor new staff to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company standards.
• Engage with customersto understand their needs, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional service.
• Promote and upsell productsto maximize sales opportunities.
• Communicate promotions and special offerseffectively to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Perform additional dutiesas assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Class 5 driving licence and reliable vehicle are required

• Previous retail experience is required
• Previous retail management is considered a strong asset

Work Hours:
