A leading company in northern retail seeks a Store Manager to oversee operations, ensuring customer service excellence and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager is accountable for developing store-specific action plans and directing all activities within the store to ensure that customer service standards and performance targets are achieved, with priorities aligned to overall store and regional strategies. The Manager will also manage budgets, labor costs, inventory control, product presentation, and merchandising. Additionally, the Manager will coach, motivate, and develop their team to foster customer loyalty, meet customer needs, and promote an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities
Develop detailed action plans for the store to achieve profitability, sales, and expense targets.
Ensure solid execution of in-store activities, marketing programs, and standards in support of corporate initiatives.
Develop community relations to build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and political leaders.
Develop expertise in store operations, local competition, and economic factors affecting the community.
