About the Role

As Store Manager , you’ll take the helm of our Brooklyn location , overseeing all operations and leading a team of 20+ dedicated employees across retail, yard, and delivery . You’ll cultivate a high-performance culture and deliver exceptional service to our customers and contractor partners. This is more than a job—it’s a strategic leadership opportunity where your impact will be seen and felt every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose and manage all aspects of daily store operations
• Coach, mentor, and energize a team of 20+ staff
• Drive exceptional customer service through expert product knowledge and responsiveness
• Partner with senior leadership on sales, staffing, and business growth
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and margin performance
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and our local community

What You Bring

Proven leadership in a retail or building supply setting or comparable

Knowledge of building materials, hardware, or construction supplies is a strong asset

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Ability to manage sales reports, inventory systems , and operational metrics with confidence
