Assistant Manager: $19,000/season plus bonus, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Store Manager: $24,000/season plus bonus, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Store Management role oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include shrink management, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21, and a flexible schedule is necessary. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

This store is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will work with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween is not your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who will be solely responsible for your employment.
