The Store Leader, with an Assistant or two, makes up the store’s leadership team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of.

What You Bring:

• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• A desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence change.
• Experience managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with food safety laws.
• Ensuring the store is presentable and stocked.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repetitive tasks, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
