What you bring:

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence change.
• Experience managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program.
• Knowledge of maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with food safety laws.
• Ability to keep the store presentable and stocked.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid driver’s license from your province and ongoing automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking, repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
