A 7-Eleven Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. The Store Leader, along with an Assistant or two, makes up the store’s leadership team. They execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, develop the skills of the entire store team, and ensure customers are well taken care of.
