7-Eleven, Inc is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Ontario, Canada. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, maximizing sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a post-secondary education, alongside a minimum of one year in a management role within the retail industry.
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education combined with at least one year of management / supervisor experience in QSR / retail / grocery service industry, or approximately three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements
The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Decision Making & Problem Solving
