Aufgaben

• Demonstrate outstanding sales ability and leadership, bringing energy and strong communication to drive the store concept.
• Assist HR activities including recruitment, training, development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service/patient care for the store.
• Assist Front Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales, gross profit, EBITDA, inventory targets, labour costs, shrink and controllable store expenses.
• Champion development of subject matter expertise in Health and Wellness, merchandising, loss prevention, Health and Safety.
• Adhere to marketing programs, price management, planograms, local advertising and store initiatives.
• This role is filling an existing vacancy on the team.
