Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential
• Open and close the store
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren’t there
• Ensure store and backstore are clean and tidy
