Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day operations when needed.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform duties.
• Delegate tasks among employees.
• Follow-up to ensure tasks are done correctly and on time.
• Lead and assist workers with daily tasks.
• Assist customers to meet expectations.
• Process cash transactions using POS and Interact terminal.
• Unload deliveries (over 50 lbs).
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
