evo Store Manager in Whistler Village leads all store functions, balancing sales growth with exceptional customer experiences and the evo brand. The role focuses on plan execution, staff leadership, budgeting, and inventory control to ensure profitability and a frictionless omni-channel experience.

You will recruit, train, and coach the team, coordinate with merchandising and warehouse, and uphold evo values and the Great 8 while driving consistent store standards and community engagement.

Qualificações

• Proven retail management experience in a complex, specialty retail environment.
• Demonstrated leadership: hiring, performance management, developing leaders.
• Proven ability to increase sales and margins through in-store management and coaching.
• Financial ability – budgeting, forecasting sales, expenses, and payroll.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of evo brand and passion for outdoor activities.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the store plan aligned with evo's strategy.
• Lead store staff to drive sales and deliver strong customer service.
• Participate in monthly manager meetings and annual planning.
• Manage expenses, budget variances, and payroll considerations.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff with timely performance reviews.
• Coordinate with warehouse for new arrivals and inventory updates.
