Job Summary

The Retail Lead is primarily responsible for overseeing the retail environment, ensuring the timely completion of service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining a high standard of customer experience consistent with evo's values. This role leads by example, training and providing feedback to team members while actively participating in various aspects of store management, including inventory management, warranty management, customer service, and reports to the Store Manager.

• Provide necessary resources for the store team to excel as a business, continually assess store needs, manage business expenses, and align with company strategies to deliver an exceptional retail experience.
• Nurture a growth-mindset employee experience and leverage business success to contribute positively to the local community.
• Communicate with brands, team members and customers on product inquiries, concerns, etc., such as warranties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The Must Haves

• 3 years of experience managing diverse teams and a strong passion for employee growth and development.
• 1 year of successful retail management experience in a complex, multi-channel, specialty retail environment, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Adaptability, attention to detail, cash handling, communication, conflict resolution, customer service, loss prevention, multitasking, problem-solving, sales and marketing, teamwork, technology use, time management

The Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.

The base wage for this role ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity.
