Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to oversee opening/closing duties, supervise staff, and maintain store standards. The role focuses on delivering high customer service, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will guide and educate team members, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate with store managers on issues. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification.

Responsibilities

• Open and close retail store, including activating and deactivating alarms.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct to staff.
• Provide a high level of customer service; build relationships, suggest products, and remind them of upcoming sales.
• Onboard, train, and educate team members.
• Lead team to uphold high service standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain understanding and reinforce store policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with sales strategies and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Communicate policy, product, service changes to customers.
• Identify technology solutions to meet evolving customer needs when needed.
• Escalate team issues to direct manager.
• Act as steward of education and compliance.
