Responsibilities include:

1. Maintain the store's overall appearance, including cleanliness and recovery standards.
2. Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and help them find products.
3. Perform cleaning tasks such as collecting trash, mopping floors, and deep cleaning key areas like bathrooms and high traffic zones.
4. Operate cleaning equipment safely, restock supplies, and take initiative in identifying cleaning needs.
5. Complete tasks in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
6. Interact positively with team members and customers, embodying the company's values.

Additional duties may include:

• Providing efficient checkout services, including cash handling.
• Engaging customers about Rewards programs and credit card enrollments.
• Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participating in stocking, truck unloading, and planogram setup.
• Supporting shrink and safety initiatives.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Experience in retail and/or cleaning preferred.

Physical requirements and work environment:

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in climate-controlled or outdoor settings as needed.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
