Strategic Leader | Brand Builder | Product Developer

ABOUT US

Peau de Loup is more than a clothing brand we’re a movement. Founded to challenge the gender binary in fashion, we’ve been building fits that honour identity, not just size labels. Now, we’re taking that mission IRL with our first-ever Clubhouse: a retail-meets-community space where people can shop, gather, cheer on women’s sports, and show up exactly as they are.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate, purpose-driven Clubhouse Manager to bring this new space to life. This isn’t your typical retail job. It’s part store, part stadium, part safe space and you’ll be the one setting the tone. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, build a team, host events, engage with our local fanbase, and make our Clubhouse the go-to spot for sport, style, and community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Launch and manage the first-ever PDL Clubhouse location
  • Build a customer experience rooted in inclusion, style, and purpose
  • Hire, train, and motivate a small but mighty retail team
  • Oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations
  • Plan and host in-store events: watch parties, merch drops, artist collabs
  • Represent the brand both inside the shop and out in the community
  • Collaborate with HQ on promotions, product feedback, and local activations
  • Drive sales while keeping authenticity front and center

WHO YOU ARE

  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
  • You live and breathe retail but you also think bigger than the sales floor
  • You understand community: how to build it, nurture it, and show up for it
  • You’re passionate about gender inclusivity, fashion, and women’s sports
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and good with systems (POS, scheduling, etc.)
  • Weekend and evening availability is a must (hello, game nights)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management and team supervision
  • Strong customer service and sales management skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering
  • Effective negotiation and recruiting abilities
  • Knowledge of merchandising and pricing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with content creation and marketing techniques

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Event planning experience
  • A background in visual merchandising or styling
  • Played or followed women’s sports

WHY WORK WITH US?

At PDL, we don’t just break binaries, we break the rules that no longer serve us. You’ll be part of a small, passionate team building something meaningful from the ground up. Expect autonomy, creative freedom, and the chance to shape how inclusive fashion shows up in real life.
