What You'll Do

There's a variety of responsibilities, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key duties include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring visual standards
• Creating inspirational displays to influence sales and trends, aligning with store strategy

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant retail or service industry experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Excellent Customer Service skills, technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
