Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will apply your broad knowledge of sportswear to helping customers make informed decisions about everything they need to maximize the enjoyment of the activity they want to pursue. You live an active, healthy life and have a broad knowledge of sports, which you will apply to assist customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivering a great shopping experience
2. Maintaining store appearance
3. Ensuring price scan accuracy
4. Learning new skills and about new products, or trying a new sport
5. Ensuring that loss prevention policies are followed
6. Delivering exceptional customer experience to support your team in achieving performance targets

Required Skills and Knowledge

1. Passion for active, healthy living
2. Ability to strike up conversations with customers
3. Previous customer service experience is an asset
