Responsibilities

• Respond to and handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
• Source and order automotive parts for customers though authorized suppliers.
• Schedule Automotive Service appointments and maintain communication with Customers and Automotive Service Technicians throughout service appointments.
• Process transactions, returns, warranties, and castings as required.
• Perform store maintenance activities including merchandising, stocking shelves, and customer service in the automotive and other store departments as required.
