Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations, merchandise receiving, stocking, and customer service. You’ll process checkout transactions, assist with maintenance, and help ensure shelves are stocked and properly displayed in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment while providing excellent customer service to shoppers.

• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.


• Stocking daily products on shelves.


• Lifting boxes of products to ensure proper product placement.


• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.


• Helping with the store maintenance.


• Processing checkout transactions and supervising self-service checkouts.
