This role offers an opportunity in a retail setting to excel in a customer-focused environment, working independently and as part of a team to positively influence lives.

Essential Functions:

1. Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
2. Welcoming customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
3. Handling cashier duties accurately, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions, following company policies.
4. Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management.
5. Supporting store opening and closing activities as needed.
6. Providing support across departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational, and staying updated on services and tools.
7. Assisting pharmacy staff when needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
8. Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs that support our goal of helping people improve their health.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and exert force up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and minimal force regularly.
• Good visual acuity for tasks such as reading, viewing screens, and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 25

Time Type: Part time

Pay Range: $17.97 per hour (fixed rate)
