Job summary

Liquor Depot Cascade, operated by SNDL, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, and help maintain a fast-paced, friendly store.

You will handle cash, restock shelves, check IDs, and ensure a clean, organized environment. ProServe Certification is required or willingness to obtain, with flexible scheduling.

About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
